I wanted to share my personal experience with taking this video and applying the advice. I wrote a letter from my adult self to my child self offering all of the things that I was lacking from my parents. It had motivation in it as well as anything that I felt necessary to offer Comfort to a kid that had been through so much. After doing so within 36 hours I felt like a completely different person. I had a weight lifted off of my back and I finally felt free of things that had been attached to me for years which I could never quite get rid of. A few months later I was driving down the road and I suddenly had a memory pop into my mind. It was a day that my twin brother and I were playing in a dry creek bed playing hide and go seek. I lost my brother at one point and got scared and I sat on a log and started to cry I think I was about 7 at this time. Suddenly I Heard a Voice a female voice and she was saying wonderful things to me about me and my life and how I should never give up and how everything would work out for me as I got older. Finally my brother found me and I was so elated to tell him what had just happened to me. To me at the time I felt like I had a conversation with god. And then I had a laugh with him about telling him that God was actually a female. Let's just say I didn't go well at church. At the time it was such a profound experience I can't believe I even forgot it until just the other day. But I had the epiphany that I was the one that was speaking to my child self that day and it was my voice that I was hearing. Let's just say I had to pull over and get a grasp on a few things. I honestly can't believe I forgot about that but I'm a lot older now and now I understand what it means that the past present and future are all happening at the exact same time. It's kind of a mental WTF because it blows your mind completely or at least it did that to me when I put the pieces together. I wanted to say thank you so very much because you did what counseling and years of other therapies and escapes could not do. And I wanted to share my experience to let everybody know that it does work you will feel better. And thank you so much for sharing your spiritual insights and your spiritual truth with us because had I not done that I don't know how long I could have actually carry it around all of that weight with me. You are an amazing spirit and thank you for being you and thank you for having us Channel sharing with all of us.❤❤❤❤ hopefully this comes out correctly I'm using my cell phone to write this but I very much appreciate anybody that took the time to read this take the advice do it this guy says he knows what he's talking about

I tried seeking advice from my future self just like you advised. Woke up with a completely new way of thinking. I don't think of myself as a victim of bad luck anymore. Instead I've begun noticing the fortunate things in my present. Also I have been reassured that all I have been wishing for will manifest and to have patience while enjoying what I have right now - amazing!

Krishna opened his mouth and showed his mother the entire universe was inside him. That’s true in all our cases. Universe is inside us and projected outwards by us. So if we consciously make an effort to project what we want it all works out well. Thank you for your point of view

hmm... Past is Gone, and you cannot go back to the past. And you cannot go to the Future. And there is no Futur Self. There is only The Self. I know many are talking about all kinds of self, ( your past Self, future Self, happy Self, sad Self, spiritual Self, and so on..) It seems that we need to divide ourselves into many pieces, all equally important according to the attention we give it. And many are looking for the Whole. We are ONE... not many. This is how I see it, I respect your vision. Of course, we need to heal our traumas from the past and we can indeed relive the situation and emotions over and over again till it is complete. Only, we relive what we remember the way it happened, from our perception, not how it really went. And that is fine, the intention is to relieve ourselves from any burden and be!

I agree on this. And i realised on one of these days that you know you need to detach from some of your past being when it's in your head like Maniac. So what i do is sometimes calm that being down saying see you're here now that's not you. That's it. And wooooossshhhh. And sometimes it happened to me that I get a lot of insights of what I'm trying to manifest overview or i should say a trailer kind of thing. I just put a bit of more preciseness to it (it's something like doing some touch ups here and there) according to the wisdom i keep gaining. I hope I'm going right. ❤️

3 years ago i had reoccurring dreams of my father killing my whole family. Ayahuasca found me and i was able to change my Harmonic resonance to connect to my future self and save my life. 5 months ago my father committed suicide and harmed no others. Gaiai reached out to me this knowledge is real.

I'm very thankful for being able to listen to your words. I'm not a native English speaker. I have been listening to many people from India lately, with growing interest because of the huge culture of the inmense country and its history. Your channel is by far the most interesting. I feel you comunicate brightly and simply at the same time , so I can follow the thread of knowledge you are sharing. Indian and Spanish accents are simmilar somehow, we both pronounce 'reverberating" consonants , as letter "r" for example. But sometimes language gets a little difficult for me and I discoveredI that I'm still able to catch the meaning if I concentrate in the movement of your hands. It's also kind of using intuition and 'guessing well' to understand as much as possible.
I wanted to tell you that I'm going to go through this video throughfulky again and translate it into Spanish, to share it with my children, who are in their twenties and struggling,mm They speak very little English , as they don't really like it...
Occidental culture has stucked people with the concept of past trauma, or traumas from the past interfering with present times as dark shadows permanently being cast on 'present now' . The occidental concept of 'healing the past' means obsesivelly trying to fix, mend, sew, solve and resolve, shape, reshape... Westerns people now comfortably fall into the pits of the past to sort of justify present pains. And guilt and punisment are always present in occidental mentality.
So I want to share this video with my children, they are young adults in pain right now. It's hard to feel son and daughter suffering and stucked, being their mother, it's painful and many times feel unable to figure out anything for the better , because pain blinds me.
I feel your words will bring their light here , and that my son and daughter will receive your words with their hearts and minds

I hear your intent, and I could resonate with the crux of the video.
I usually do not comment, but chose to do so here cause you exude a clarity of thought and you seem to have a voice that can reach a lot of people, and so people will trust you and thus it becomes important the words chosen are as close to being true as possible.
so From the standpoint of being a therapist- one small correction- while there are actually therapists who define it the way you did- ie revisiting past traumas to detach and heal in the present, true therapy is about connecting the past present and future selves. so when it comes to past traumas, the way a good therapist takes you back and forth is to CONNECT TO than DETACH FROM your child self. its more a unification than separateness' that's the goal.
Your unique past has led you to this unique present where you are able to contemplate these ideas. in that sense it has a lot to offer even when many a times its the truth disguised in the form of trauma.
Also in a way isn't that the purpose of the pursuit of the truth- union ie.?
But that aside, a really good crisp take on the topic. its really hard to convey so much wisdom in 8 mins.. so kudos.
