NEREUS Gent NL | The future of local sustainable living

The NEREUS project wants to boost the transformation of wastewater into a valuable source of water, nutrients (such as phosphorus or cellulose), and energy that can be repurposed in a circular economy.
In this Ghent case, led by project partner DuCoop, waste water is reused, and energy and nutrients are recovered in a new city district.
