I agree with your observations on the Novablast 3. It's not a softy but does protect quite well. I tend to run faster in this model. Asics really got it right with this interation. Thank you for reviewing.
I'm going with Nimbus 24 for the very slow milage runs. Novablast 3 for faster 5-10km and I have even chosen Novablast 3 for longer runs instead of Saucony Speed 2 wich I really like, but Novablast 3 are indeed a little more comfortable for me. FlyteFoamBlast+ is at the top of my list.
I have never heel strike in the last year, I tried it with this shoe and it does work, but I rather dont... so I dont care about the huge stack in the heel.

Thanks for watching! I like that term "softy"! Will plan on using that one moving forward.

Thanks for the info. Just like you, I've also found that the Speed is great, but not for the longer runs.

Great review, been running in this for a while I think it's OK but the foam is a bit slow on the responsiveness
Thanks for the input! Agree with you thus far.
Speed 3 is bouncier is that correct?
Yes, I thought the Speed definitely has more bounce and responsiveness, at least through the first 100 miles. Thanks for watching.
@@racethenation thank you for the answer
