The beauty of Islam is that everything you do (as long as it's not a sin) can be worship if your niyah/intention is directed to worshiping Allah. For example if you eat food with the intention of getting nutrition so as to worship Allah you get rewarded. Or if you sleep with the intention of resting so as to re-energize for the sake of Allah then you are rewarded throughout your sleep. Even working so as to earn in a halal way is worship. All these things are worship so long as your intentions of doing them are to worship Allah or to obey Allah or follow the sunnah of the prophet SAW. But if for instance you eat to satisfy your hunger only. Then Allah rewards you based on what you intended in the beginning. So after satisfying your hunger then that is all it will be. Or if you work so as to earn and buy necessities only, then the reward doesn't go beyond getting the necessities. Thus our actions and every aspect of our life should align with our intentions. If our intentions are this world then we shouldn't expect more reward beyond this world. But if our intentions are for the hereafter then we are rewarded in this world and the hereafter. Most times we forget this. But if we make it a daily thing we will firstly be renewing our intentions (incase of any wrong intentions this will be enough a reminder that we are doing it for Allah). Secondly we won't be forgetting it as often. Subhannallah. May Allah guide us till our final moments on this earth and may we die muslims and upon tawheed. Ameen yaa Rabb.
