The discipline eroded and it showed up with inconsistent play from the stars and loads of unforced penalties. This has continued this past 5 seasons. Penalties, ball security, and inconsistent play are the adjectives that describe the issues that a talented team underperforming has. The Cowboys need a no nonsense management that can ignore the circus that is Jones.
