After seeing how many rear wheel bolts get sheered off and damages what can happen with a chain makes me want to keep the dyna belt
A lot of the bolt issues is typically bad installation you need to get all the old red Loctite out of the wheel so the sprocket bolts can set properly if even a little left over it will eventually come lose.. if it’s done properly it won’t happen
@@kyleryneost chains break period. Rather have a belt snap than a chain break 👍
@@kyleryneost I agree, had a chain on my sporty before a dyna, also broke a master link but lucky didn’t damage much… but I belt should definitely snap before breaking anything else

@@johnboogle6442 yes a belt will break eventually but that will be the only thing to break. Kinda like snowmobiling

Can't figure out how your back tires slide so easy! Whenever I slide and clutch it to try and spin around it gets to much traction and jumps forward.

Master link snapped, chain bound up and put pressure on the inner primary and caused it to snap

Yes, a higher lift cam will do that. But also turning it.. like Thunder max tuner is great for the rev limiter

These things are difficult on this kind of bike. Repping the cruiser style and showing people that it can still “git’ down” is kinda the ultimate respect. Theres tons of Harley’s out there, it’s just metal. If anything, these guys are putting in more seat time and wrenching than just about anyone.
