I have clicked very good pics with Canon 1100 D camera. You don't need costly equipment to click great pictures, you need a good photographer so for hobbyist this Camera even 1500 D dslr is also good in budget. If you are sure you will earn and make money than Canon r10 is best

if you want 4k video capabilities then Nikon Z30, Nikon Z50, Nikon zfc, Sony ZV E10, Sony A6100 , A6400 , Canon R50 , Canon R10 are great options. If you want just full Hd video then there are lots of other options like Canon RP which is a full frame and currently selling for around 67k and lots of dslr as well like Canon 80D, 70D, 200D, 77D,800D all of them have great autofocus in video
