Which we’ve already been able to do for DECADES with pads reading brain signals in a NONinvasive way. Not only that, there’s controls that use eye movement and blinks to control computers. Among other controllers for those without limb movement, all of them noninvasive. It would be impressive if the Neuralink did what musk said it would do, but it does not even come close to that.
