Dr Lee Serving Paella and Boiled Shrimp on the Parade Route

I spent a few minutes with Dr. Lee, who I refer to as the Cayenne Pepper King. He was serving paella and boiled shrimp on the parade route. It's always a fun time to chat with this culinary master as he combines cooking with local history. He had completed cooking so I was only able to observe the aftermath of refueled and appreciative parade-goers.
