The moment Gavin made the heart disappear in the very first surgeon sim? I was crying with laughter in my school. And I was in the Philippines at the time so I had so many people staring at me at something I couldn’t really explain to why I found it so funny.
I almost got kicked out of my college library because I was cry laughing with a friend
I learned early on not to watch their material in public. I remember watching one of their WWE LPs at a Starbucks and people thought I was having a breakdown

Honestly that sound effect made it even better, imo.
This 2hr video has only been out for 15mins, but I can say for sure I have seen all of it at least 2-3 times :)
This video is 100% something I will be coming back to for years to come, it’s amazing.

And presto, no heart at 1:02! 😂 Next at 1:33 Gavin impersonates a windmill with a hammer inside of the patient's chest cavity, at 3:33 he slits the patient's throat with a bone saw! Right near the end, things are looking good until Gavin throws the new heart like a wet paper towel at 4:13! Then at 11:41 Gavin brutally murders the bloke with a tomahawk, but that’s not all! Gavin then commits precision murder using an 18 volt power drill at 12:06, making a reference to the Vietnam War classic "Platoon!" Then we have Gavin creating a human unicorn hybrid with a tomahawk at 16:17! The angel of death strikes again, killing the patient with a syringe at 16:57. While attempting to remove the brain, Dr. Free lasers the brain in half which brings the poor bloke’s life to its final moments at 17:03. Now their only hope is a fire extinguisher and it murders the patient at 17:08. Deleted scenes, Michael shows us how to make a pizza pie at 49:50! Bonus, Michael bonks the Heavy from TF2 with a bat at 53:47! 😂👌🏻
I will never, NEVER figure out what the hell happened to the heart and it’s been bugging me for the past 6-7 years
I do like how far Achievement Hunter has come to this day but, in my eyes, the comedic value of these videos will surpass most of anything they've been putting out now. I have an addiction from the nostalgia I get from watching the older videos.
some of the VR stuff i haven't seen before. dear lord the mouth part had me in tears. Their chemistry is magical
It was the first surgeon simulator rage quit video that introduced me to Rooster Teeth, Achievement Hunter, etc. These two will forever be my favorite duo in RUclips history. No matter what happens, I hope these two continue to create more memories
