Notice how no one posting openly declares themselves a Russian? The reason is Credibility.
Is the 'foreign agent' bill that bad? It just tells Georgians that if a company or source of information is influenced by money/country outside of its borders. I for one as a Canadian wouldn't mind knowing who influences my media whether they are allies or enemies its useful information. Now the LGBTQ thing is another issue and I can see why a nation that wants to join the EU would be against this but then again if your country wants to hold onto traditional values this might be valid. I'm not sure what normal Georgians think about these issues. Please let the world know.

Because it's about what Georgia citizens want or not. Labels have nothing to do with content of the law.
Because the US does not have any similar law(even if they did would not make the law good, but still). One government propaganda talks about is FARA which does not target NGOs for simply having foreign funds but rather targets anyone who is directly controlled to influence the US politics.
