I would like to know if the Microsoft Defender for Endpoint use this indicators to analyse the threats, virus, C2 and so on.

Microsoft is still figuring out how to effectively make use all of Riskiq's functions and integrations as the product is still in its maturation stage. I can see it's now in the defender itself...
