Driving a Volkswagen Scirocco MKII

In this video I find myself in a exciting Volkswagen, that is the Scirocco MKII. Not any, but a red GTX. And it's rather exciting.

I had an 80 mk1 and 5 mk2 including four 16Vs. I'm sorry I sold my fourth for $3800 in 07 and never got over it.
Because of a knee injury I sold a 16V FOR 3800, an E30 M3 $12k and a 73 GTV FOR 3500.
I bought a S4 with the money.
Boy do I miss all four.
now I have a V70r, an 16V and a cayman S, I'm set

I had and loved a UK mk2 GTX, but mine had a double spoiler on the rear door. It did not go up the sides of the window, like the one on this example, but it had two fins. Oh and please note the Sirocco certainly was not a hair dressers car. They all owned Rav4's, Suzuki Vitara's or Mazda MX5's.

The double spoiler makes it even cooler. Now let's say, hairdressers have some interesting taste in cars 😂

I preferred my mk 1 but my mk 2 was easier to live with . I loved both of them .
