Awsome Video! A question, is it possible to put a Representation view field text. For example when I am making large models, I use and make multiple Representation view alot and I would like to when I am making the drawing and making multiple sheets that if it could ask for what representation name it wants to rename to?

So after watching this video I was able to create my drawing template. However, I've already created a handful of drawings that don't match my newly created template. Is there a way to import my newly created template into these drawings or vise versa? I'm trying to avoid such tedious work such as copying and pasting all the individual views into a new drawing to match the template. Thank you.

Hey Thomas, great question. Yes, it's super easy!!
So you know where you have "ISO" in the browse of the example I've shown you above, that's the template "title block". So if you've created a new one and called it "NEW" as an example.
All you will need to do is delete the existing title block "ISO" (or whatever it is in your existing drawing) then copy/paste your "NEW" title block in.
Hope that makes sense, if not I can make a video :)

Hi, nice work, but this examples misses the border construction.

Hi there, border construction (in Inventor) is taken care of by the standard of template you use. I.e. ANSI, ISO etc. These standards define what the border needs to be, and thus are not changed when creating your own template as shown.

I want to disable the trailing zero's, but when I use the template I get an error? What did I do wrong

      +holland outdoor and bushcraft
Do you mean the styles for every dimensions? I think you're getting the error message when you open your new template?
If so, it's that the styles associated with that template are saved in the wrong area. So you need to ensure that your template and all associated style files are all saved in the correct place.
Does that make sense / answer your question?
