I can agree with you on the self concept. I’ve been doing inner work on changing my self concept in relation to love and relationships and even the guy I want shows up differently than he used to. Working on yourself really pays off when it comes to every aspect of your life 😩 I can tell i’ve shifted into a new reality within a month to 2 months.

Not going to lie, your notifications going off triggered me, because the people I’m trying to heal from, use to ignore me and I remembered how their phones would go off and I always felt less important to them as if I was competing with a notification tone. This is how I know I need so much work. But I’m happy I was able to push those thoughts and focus on your message 🙏🏼 P.s. you can also drink matcha it has chlorophyll you can drink with a straw, won’t stain your teeth :)
I think also that those of us who have self concept issues have to realize that the law of assumption techniques work for everyone, it just takes longer. Maybe a couple months or more straight. Repetition is key with any type of mental reprogramming so it takes time. But a few weeks or months of inner work to be a better version of yourself vs years of staying the same is worth the time.
This is true. Can you give tips on self-sabotage ? Like I know my highest version would eat healthy, workout and read books to upgrade herself but I don't see myself taking those "actions" I'm always procrastinating and always find excuses to do unproductive things instead. Hey, I think some things you could try is to give your self 1-2 minutes warming up like for exercising or to work on assignments, because once you give yourself 1-2 minutes to start it should be easier to go with the flow and work and before you know it, 5-10 minutes could go by, even 30-1 hour could go by! Then you could reward yourself by watching shows so it’s not like you’re completely self-sabotaging. Also for me, as someone who has the same routine of sleep, eat, work and nothing else, and since we have a long life ahead of us, sometimes it’s fun and rewarding to add something new to the routine and see how we feel about adding something a little different in our routine and before you know it, you build a new habit! I’m still learning as I go, so I hope this little tip could help in any way.
Feeling guilty abt watching netflix will only want to make you do it more. Stop giving emotion on it. You manifest what you constantly put attention to. Also in this comment you admit yourself an unproductive person. Don't do that. You are now aware thought manifest your reality, so there is no excuse to continue being negative. Make affirmations that you've always been productive, if my negative thought persist, I get frustrated and repeat it 1k times. I lost 50 pounds, manifestation is forreal! Don't doubt it, if its not working, affirm more, visualize, script. Wish you the best!

This really triggered me becuase i actually think i have the same pattern. How did she shift herself from state of thinking about her singleness to being able to attract a partner and see herself in serious commited relationship situation? How to start thinking " i can be and i am in relationship"? That it is not karma or destiny.
I suffer from BPD, I started going to therapy, and with my therapist we are going deep trying to get to know every fragment of my personality that has been fragmented as a result of trauma. I am not able to manifest anything, even the simplest things. And I was wondering if for those who suffer from disorders like mine and have such a negative self-image there is a chance to manifest anything or if I have to be "totally healed" to be able to do so. I feel that society and also psychatristcs tells us that your problems needs a lot of time to be sold or it needs a lot of time to deal with it so that you can be "happy" etc. In my opinion that shows how narrow-minded the world in general is. But it can be so very easy by listen to yourself. It is so had to describe because every one "listens" to oneself in a differnet way.
