@@patricktjia as a kid i used to fake a screachy voice for fun and i did it so often even when i was genuinely scared or hurt i would do it but i stopped at some point cuz i felt like a total soyboy. it could be her real voice but females on twitch fake it all the time to appear more feminine, pokimane is an easy example she has the anime voice and the normal girl voice.

when you are hurt, it's very unlikely you would fake things because it is painful, your body is in pain and we can clearly see her facial reaction and the way she fell on a stone stairs. Your first instinct would say it fuckin hurts and she did that.
