    Hello dear friends,
This week I have been taking things more slowly as I ease into this new year. I have been taking some time to reflect on years past and also how I want this new year to look like for me. I have realised that with my personality and my energy levels, I need to learn to take things slower, even when life seems hectic and things need to get done. So, eventhough my life is still very busy, my perception of my life and how I view my personal time has changed and I wish to take more time this year to learn even more how to slow down, I think its so important.
I hope you may find this video calming and hopefully it may inspire and perhaps remind you that we dont always need to rush in life.
    Lots of love,
    Lika x

I resonate with everything you mentioned. These last couple of years, I crave slowness, quiet, simple and learning old ways of things. It does sometimes make me feel guilty for not always “doing”. But feel that does not resonate with me now.

Very interesting to a woman introvert. I am introverted and wouldn't open a channel inviting so many people into my life. I wish you all the best. Your videos are like a breath of fresh air.

I retired august 2023 and have spent time slowly enjoying daily chores. Someone asked me what I did today and I said “a puzzle”. No guilt here. Enjoying every moment of every day no matter how small

I returned to puzzles in December. I bought two winter-based puzzles. Quickly realised my attention span and patience have dwindled so I need to work on it.

    Hello from Sweden!!🇸🇪🇸🇪
Here the temperature have dropped to -12°C where I live and the cold really bites you in your cheeks when you are out walking.....we do have some snow, but it's not much compated to the more northen parts of Sweden and there the temperature now is around - 35°C... Really cold.. ❄️🌡️⛄.
These days it is nice to stay inside,... These moments of "doing small things" and take it slow is so impordant and very much needed these days, when everything seems needed to be done at warp speed.... I believe that doing things using a slow pace makes us more patient and gives us time to rest and fill up with the so needed energy...And doing the things we love happily increases the levels of the so much needed dopamin and endorphins...
Have a great new week everyone! 💖🤗
I will wait a little extra much, because on Tuesday, Jan 9. is my Birthday!👍🏻💖🤗

Hello Lika, those small moments are so important the world demands so much from us it is easy to be overwhelmed. I am pleased to be here again. 🙂

Hi Lika! I just recently picked up the art of steaming... it's a little relief that helps me so much especially during the winter months.. it also forces me to slow down and put thought into the importance of taking care of myself through simple acts...
Glad to see you're doing better, sweet lady!

Dear Lika...another tranquil and peaceful visit with you. It's always a joy to see your videos pop up. This was an important reminder to us all to slow down and enjoy little moments. Life today feels rushed, but your words and example can be a great lesson for people. I have a feeling your students will learn more from you than you know.
    Love and many Blessings 💜🕯💜

Lovely video.. I find myself agreeing with everything you are saying, ha ha... My spirit requires alone time, in fact, that is when I am most happy, when I am alone, in total silence, with only the sound of my clock ticking or my wildlife stopping by to greet me outside of my window... Thank you and I am looking forward to the next video.. Many blessings.. 🙂
