HADES - Thanatos | Speedpaint | Photoshop CC

Sorry for all of the canvas flipping!! I had to compress 24 hours of footage into 11 minutes so it happens a lot and really fast. I didn't get the very initial sketch stage as I didn't plan on making a speedpaint for it initially. This painting in particular took so much out of me. I really pushed myself and took things slowly and cautiously. As you can see, it took 30 hours versus my usual 10-15 hours.
I absolutely loved Hades and truly haven't enjoyed a game as much for a while. I resisted the urge to make any fan art as I don't usually make fan art unless I REALLY like something or if it was just visually stunning (Hades was both!). I started off by painting my favorite character Thanatos. I have it in me to make a few more so I'll just slowly get through my other favs.
