I don't think I'm that consistent. I only improved my PB by 7 millimetres. My goal was to get at least 83.800m, I was 2 millimetres short. This is an event I have struggled with for a whole year to get a better personal best. Back in 6th November 2023, Hayden found out how to consistently get 84 meter throws consistently. He said at the timing was: "As late as possible perfect. And just as the glow overlaps the discus on the 4th one. Extra thing that I found that makes it so much better for me, look at my angle line, notice how just before the throw, I angle slighty down just as I get the perfect."
