Probably the best review that I have seen so far, works well with that Tele. This amp seems to have more clarity and headroom than the Katana Air which is apparently louder. The Fender type handle looks cool as well. Very convincing. Thanks
You might be more sold on this amp if you watch a video that has a stereo recording of the chorus with 2 mics, and hear it in stereo. Thats really what sets it apart from similar small desktop amps.
Nice video sir. Would be good to see a test of it outdoors in someway, such as it being recorded by people who are listening to someone using it while busking?
I tried one and this thing just didn't do it for me. These are not the same quality as the Roland micro cube or Roland micro cube gx..i bought 2 gx's a few years ago and run them in stereo from my looper pedal. With 2 you can actually use 2 different amp models at the same time and several multiple effects at once. I couldn't be happier. Also the batteries in the Roland last twice as long as the Boss lx model.
No, Just bought the Boss but having to return it as the MIc input dosen't work along with guitar input same time so no good for busking really is it? Oh and you have to buy batteries for it again unlike the rest of the amps on the market that have batteries built in and then you dont get any bluetooth unless you spend more, this is standard on all amps, get real Boss.
Nice review but the amp sounds like crap. I got one. It sounds really muddy. No soul at all. Like an old transistor radio. I like two things, the loop pedal and the option to run it on battery.
@@fugalibrana exact! Kept it for my kid, using a Orange micro terror and just ordered a Posivie grid Spark. I have a ground problem and sadly cant use Fender amps in my house.
I run mine via line outs into mixer and little Adam powered monitors and sounds very nice! The built in speakers are small obviously yet as a practice amp it is ok. If you need a bigger sound get a Katana 50 of some sort or Marshall Origin 20c (classic Marshall sound, no high gain from amp itself).
@@purplecowideal I don't own a music store asswipe, and I don't have a YT channel, but I can actually play chords and lead guitar, something that he is apparently incapable of, since he only plays chords, and not even any riffs really, let alone any leads. If they want to sell this amp, they would be better served by having someone who can play well and make it sound good to demo it, rather than someone that sounds like a beginner

Good work.

More on the way? Have you had any for sale yet? Nobody else has them. It's also available to buy for less money on another online shop.
Looks like it's available for more money from another online shop. Guess that's a free market economy for you.
if the line out is connected will the cube still produce sound or will it become mute

Thats actually a good idea. I love my micro cube but I want stereo. In what ways is the quality not as good?
Which one is better to take: this boss or blackstar id core 10 v3?
Can this be used for vocals also?
I bought the nux mighty 8 bt
It sounded shite and packed up after 4 months
I wanted the bluetooth option for headphones...why is that not available, poor thinking/design.
It's a paid add on as a module that plugins into the back. Total joke of a decision.
bluetooth isnt feasable for headphone monitoring, the delay would make it unplayable
Has anyone tried this amp with guitar and vocals?
i do not see a microphone input, seems a shame ! am i missing something ...
90 seconds of loop time ? Are you sure?
90 seconds mono...45 seconds stereo.
Guess what....? Only reviews are from England area. Nobody in USA has these guys yet. Guess yall are the test markets.

All I could think of was, stop playing, just describe the amp.

I had it, but sold it. Same problem.
I think Boss is making good things, including some great features, but sacrificing the sound quality.

Next time, use someone that can actually play to do the demo
I'll take this dudes demo any day over the usual pentatonic blues lick wank-a-thon.
Where is your RUclips channel?
