Definitely an awesome episode. Very indepth. Alot of layers got peeled back which is always appreciated. There are so many variables to determine rates. Wow. Thank you guys
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love watching you guys, I'm an owner operator that is struggling to keep rates at a certain point of profit. Everything 100% is done in house, repairs, dispatch, accounting, white glove service for all brokers, even bad ones. The only thing that would give a better edge is a few small customers in CA that could use a dedicated reliable truck.
Our suggestion would be to make prospecting calls and emails to local shippers directly. What type of equipment are you running?
Thanks for all of the knowledge you guys share
Our pleasure! Glad it’s been helpful.
That kick didnt miss the uprights, it missed the whole end zone
I blame the broker.
Question so how much the broker get paid of the 2,200 45:54 ?
