i have 2008 toyota camery 3.5lv6 with 6speed auto and shift solenoid a and d stuck closed and not shifting in and gears (no drive no reverse) car wont move Any Ideas cv shafts are good
I have a corolla 06 showing this same exact code. Could it be the faulty solenoid or the ECU (brainbox)? bcuz im also coming across some articles/ video saying it could be an outdated ECU when this code shows on Corolla and Matrix 05-07
i have the same problem p2714 solenoid I am thinking of replacing on my 05 4 runner to see if that helps with drive gear and overdrive before getting a new transmission if i go that route
@@theshortmike4508Yes, but it has nothing to do with the transmission. I just replaced the battery because my battery was very low, and after that, everything went well!
@@jouzef7586 omg, i completely forgot the battery could be the problem. Did you happen to have multiple solenoid codes like “D stuck off” and others performance?
I watched this video again and you removed 2 o-rings from the filter housing hole. That’s crazy.
Excellent video. Best tutorial I’ve seen.
👍👍👍Very good tutorial. How do you check the fluid level at the end coz there is no dipstick
Hey! Thanks for the video! Did the new solenoid produced the same sound?
Will the sound be the same when the solenoid is replaced?

This really work for me
