Running a business, keeping a challenge and your channel running perfectly, running in a whole ass race, and facing such great loss. Proud of your strength and motivation, that is an inspiration!! Praying for peace and healing for you in the hardest moments.
Thank you 💝 I try to remind myself of this cartoon movie from when I was growing up called "Meet the Robinsons" and the phrase they kept saying was "keep moving forward." It helped A LOT this month.
I lost a cat very similarly several years ago. We'd had him for like 13 years. After that I resolved my future cats would be indoor only. It just shredded me too much. Take care of yourself. It really is up there with the hardest losses we can go through.
My heart! I'm so very sorry for the disappearance of your cat friend. Nothing said can take away the pain but I'm wishing comfort for you until time helps to ease it.
Girl, you been THROUGH IT this month. Good on you for pushing through and journaling throughout. I actually kind of like the mostly blank pages. It’s a good representation of what was going on. I’m so sorry about your grandma and cat and I hope the happy memories of them bring you peace. Thank you for everything you do!
I’m so sorry to hear about your grandmother and cat. 😢 It sounds like you had a very eventful July. The fact that you were able to launch your new products and crush your 10K race despite everything going on shows how much strength you have! 💓 Thinking of you for the upcoming funeral. As for your planner thoughts - I share a lot of similar thoughts! I love the idea of consolidating everything onto one book and I think I could make it work as well, but my brain prefers to compartmentalize certain subjects, and I’m likely going to continue separating certain things into different books next year as well. The book that I use for each subject may change, though. I’m waiting to see more of the hobonichi previews before I make any decisions!
I'm so sorry for your loss, I lost my cat a couple months ago and it was the same thing. One night she just didn't come home and a few days later we heard about coyotes in our neighborhood. Devastating doesn't even begin to cover it
I lost my pup a couple months ago. He was with me through college too - best buds for 13 years. Sorry to hear you lost your buddy too. I choked up along with you
Good god, you really had a rough time this month! I’m so sorry to hear about your cat and your grandma. I can’t even imagine. All my thoughts are with you. ❤ Also, my sympathies about your book hangover, Throne of Glass is a lot 😅 I’m tossing up between Hobo Weeks Mega and the Sterling Ink N2 Common Planner. I’m gonna get a Sterling Ink N2 notebook soon for my journal, so I think that’ll help me decide.
Thank you 💝💝 The Sterling Ink N2 is lovely, I love the grid on both sides of the pages, but Hobonichi has the cream paper. The options make it a tough choice!
i've been looking for MONTHS for someone that uses the daily pages based on ink colors in an index like you did on 10:48. Can't believe I finally found it 😭❤ needed some new ideas for my own style of doing the same thing. tysm
Well done you making it all the way through the month! I would've failed as soon as I start just thinking what was going to go into my months and weeks 😂 No way I could put my astrology with my plans, for starters. I have multiple journals for real reasons (including planner addiction lol). My brain also need different 'buckets'. I love that lazy Sunday page haha I really enjoyed hearing what you tried and what you learnt or had confirmed. #teammulitybooksystem 😅 (I'm so sorry for your losses, as a cat person I'm crying with you 💜💜)
I know that I will not ever do a one book a month challenge. So, congratulations on making it through a month. I already know that I can do a no book a month challenge, the way I have been since I graduated with my masters. I know losing a cat is terrible, losing any fur baby is terrible. I am so sorry for your loss and the loss of your grandmother. Thanks for the video. I have just watched her preview for next year for the common planner. Since she said the grid will be a bit darker this year, I will be trying it again. I think I will be going with the monthly booklet and a blank notebook I already have. That way if I cannot see the grid with my bad eyes, I will not be out so much money like I was last year. I am now just waiting to see what Hobonichi releases in their weeks. I will also be picking up another HÖN, for the hope that I will get a job that I can use the book for. I actually thinking of going back to the Jibun Techo for the weekly layouts, mostly because it is colorful, and has habit tracker space for every month. I did do well with the JT Days one year, but I decided I did not like the middle line. Yes, there are too many choices, because I am also still considering A6 Take a Note. What was the mint color ink/pen you used on your daily pages for the headings?
I'm so very sorry for the loss of your gramdma & cat.😢 Holy s#i! you had a heavy month, Danielle. I hope you see what we do: A Warrior! So proud of you! Be gentle with yourself and thank you for sharing. 💜💜💜 Planner plans: I picked up a couple of SI Common Planners (July-Dec) and I think I'm going to stick with it for 2025. Since I use one of them for work, one of the things I really appreciate is the extra real estate I get for writing. I found myself using too much correction tape to remove all the quotes and writing in the Hobonichi so we'll see how it goes.😊
I'm so sorry about the loss of your grandma and your cat, Cleo. This has been a very tough month for you. I spoke at my dad's funeral, it was very hard, but I'm so glad I did it. I'm glad you're thinking of doing another race, that will keep you health focused too. Your new pens are so pretty. I think I will stick to the B6 CP for next year, but do the full year rather than the compact for more blank daily pages. If I use them, fine, if not, no biggie. Looking forward to seeing what you choose from Hobonichi.
I am so sorry about your cat. Sending hugs. I’m going to stick with sterling ink and get the a5 horizontal that she is coming out with for my everyday. I am then going to get a b6 vertical for my fitness. I am also thinking if she does a pocket size to get that for my on the go.
Oh Danielle, I don’t know you irl but I feel like I do from this channel. My heart goes out to you in your losses. We have two cats ourselves - my husband and I were both getting choked up (he plays poker on his computer while I watch YT on the TV) hearing you explain what happened in your life in July. My sincerest condolences and heartfelt virtual hugs to you.
Sending you love and hoping your August is much better! Also, before you give up on the garden planner, I'm going to tell you how my garden photo journal is working in detail in my next letter. Life changing! ❤❤❤! (Gyro=year oh 😂)
Thank you Mary!! 💝 I am catching up on my correspondence this week. I would love to see your garden planner! I'm still debating on what I want to do, but I have time 😊
My plan for 2025 is a travelers company, monthly passport inserts, a sterling, ink, vertical weekly inserts, both contained in a travelers company, passport, notebook, and a pocket moleskin daily for journaling💜
I'm reading Tower of Dawn now, so now I'm worried about ending the series. I'm sorry to hear about your cat. Pets are part of the family, too. And my thoughts are with you for your grandma. 💕 When I'm angry, I deep clean. My son (he's 23 now)knows if he comes home from work and I'm scrubbing the oven, he should go out and buy ice cream or chocolate and tread lightly 😂

@@mydandeliondiaries so true, we all have that one phrase for inspiration 🥰
Oh hon! Sending you virtual hugs and wishes for healing time. That is a lot to deal with in one month. So sorry for your losses.
Thank you 💝💝
I’m so sorry to hear about your cat and your grandmother. I hope you find some peace in August after that July :(

I am so sorry for the loss of your cat. Our furry friends are such an extension of ourselves. Sending love and healing energy✨
💖 Thank you 💖
I’m so sorry about your cat, that’s devastating. Being able to navigate all the things you went through in June is amazing. Also, it’s yee-ro.
Thank you! 💝
Love this video - thanks for sharing such hard things. Losing family and furry family carries such emotion ... keep the sweet memories close!
Thank you so much! 💝
Amazing video as always, Danielle. I’m so incredibly sorry about your cat and your grandmother. Sending you so much light ✨

Wishing you the best in the job market! The pen was a Pentel Sign Brush Pen in the Emerald color I think.

Hi, I love your planner setup. ❤where did you get the “currently melting” sticker?
It was a freebie in my shop for the month of July! I will be adding it to the shop this month for sale :)

Condolences. If you haven't read/heard "you want a physicist to speak at your funeral" I find it very very helpful in coping with deaths.
I will have to look it up! Thank you for sharing 💖
