as a person that once wielded a tec 9 that got my screen sent to mars because of the recoil, i disagree (i have great recoil control but SOMEHOW the fuckin recoil just ignores my control and proceeds to send me to the next dimension)
The tec is either highly rewarding or highly punishing you need to understand the recoil and if you can do that you can hit six headshots with it at 100 studs like me (i only did this once and my balls grew in size after that)
I had alot of good moments with tec-9 like i beaten a gang of a t2 guy and an ak and a useless e-girl in a 1.5 mag and i beaten a super-shorty just because i was kinda faster in reaction
probs not, if it can't even kill necro in one shot which is what i would've expected the point of the bfg, to one shot any kitters, theres better alternatives to the cost, mare 1 shots headshot unarmoured to a certain range, m320 is a cheaper boom gun and rpg also is a boom gun

Recoil only plays a factor on the third shot, so you pull the mouse down after the 2nd shot but before the 3rd / last in burst
