BTS members are way proud and encouraging of each other's solo work. It is part of the BTS experience so I would say yes you are supposed to talk about the solo works of each and every one of the members. This is not a Western group wherein fights are driven by egos and some perceive themselves as more important than the balance of the group so move toward solo work. These are "brothers" that are supportive of each other.
