"I saw you squaring off with those guys, what do I need to think for?" Every man understands that.
No, only the loyal men know this instinct.
FACTS
Yep
When I was born, I was born the only son. Now that I'm older, I have about five brothers. I remember I got a call St to meet them at the club my brother was a bouncer. Ran outta work, my cutlass and the time I hit the door open I started looking around I found him laughing behind the bar! And the only thing he says is, " So this is what I have to do, for you to meet up with me & have a beer!" 🤬😡 he knew I was going to something the isolated myself for way too long
@@thevault2317 what? Proof read bro, proof read.
We had an MC club in the neighborhood. I was a kid through the timeline of this film. So much is accurate to the people and the evolution. As in the film, the majority drifted into life. Union careers, the calling to serve God, using their life experience as outreach.
Only flaw was the absence of Norton and Triumphs that were mixed in with the worn out Harley bikes.
Today Harley riders are clueless to the history and are doing Easy Rider cosplay.
Nice seeing a movie about MCs at the time everything started....
Best movie I've seen in years.
Love me some Norman!!!
Seeing norman reedus dresssed up and made up like that makes me think he would play a really good charlie manson
"Now youse can't leave."
ahhh classic.
Where are Norton commandos & triumphs Bonneville? Those were top notch back in 1965
This is loosely based on a certain IL MC that I will not mention. They, like most others, were an American bike only club.
And why can’t you mention it ?
55 years ago no one is left alive
Harleys only most likely.
@@StephenRoss-po1rp If you think the club this film is 'based' on is dead you need to do a little research.
I've been lucky enough to see the film already and there's a few scenes that have a character with a camera. Obviously, that being 'lyons' is a pure attention to detail!
There better be some awards come oscar time, the performances were masterful. Jody Comer was off the charts, and Norman Reedus stole every scene he was in.
Im so ready for this movie!!!!! Jodie Comer is awesome
Tom Hardy ! The cast is awesome!!!
The movie left me somewhat disappointed.
I love Jodie ❤❤❤❤❤
We are all starved for masculine movies without alphabet and feminism agendas. That line where he said "I saw you squaring off what i need to think for" hits deep especially for men. We could only wish we had friend or family like that!
you’d think they’d try and make movies that Appealed to the 99% of the population and the ones that have kids that will keep going to movies after their parents pass on but no they’d rather cater to the 1% of the population that hates anything fun anyway. Just goes to show how entrenched Ideology can become even when it’s costing money.
Awesome movie and awesome music.
Saw it last night the movie was Top Tier Worth watching in theater
Norman Reedus’s character reminds me of Micah from RDR2
He ain’t nothing like Micah
Hey, bud. His character is based off a real person. That's an awfully stupid thing to say.
Damn, that looks like a good movie. I like the line, I thought I could change him….
That never happens ha ha.
I got together with my wife of 54 years at a biker New Years' Eve party.
Awesome
God Bless my man .
Just seen it when it came out it was best movie I seen in a longgggg time
Pretty good movie. Definitely a fun one with some surprises.
My heart, I see Boyd Holbrook 😍
She ruined him alright. Butler got neutered at the end. 😅
Tina Fey is aging well. Looks like she bangs Elvis in this movie.
If they ever make Biker Mice from Mars live action one day, they should cast
Austin Butler as Throttle
Norman Reedus as Vinnie
Tom Hardy as Modo
Grew up south of Chicago. Family was really good friends with a couple of outlaws. They’d come over and party sometimes on the weekends. Or do some work for my uncle’s construction business.
Hardy is straight Brando in this movie.
That poser with the oiled up arms ? Baaaah no way gonna sit through that game.
revival of motorcycle clubs is coming
😂 everyone’s a rat nowadays, no way, it’s like a lawn chair factory with all these street gangs, motorcycle clubs, etc, everyone folds.
Yeah dentists and accountants.
Naw, the cartels are now the kings, thanks mostly with the help of the govt. They just arrested the entire Bakersfield HA Chapter the the other day, which is pretty laughable. California has some major problems, but bike gangs sure as hell ain’t one of them!
Where’s the blue collar men to be in them oh ya they don’t exist anymore
Austin Butler is new James Dean!
This is Milwaukee-Chicago in mid-60's. I list Milwaukee first, because the Brew City dominated at that time. Hells Angels were wannabes.
Everyone wants to be a cowboy until it’s time to do cowboy sh*t.
Because its based on a book of actual photographs from the time and there were no choppers…
A shot of white lightning into a dull American pulse. I hope you write words about riding down the Ho Chi Mihn trail on Harley's.
Is it possible that Austin Butler is simply too pretty? He doesn't look real.
Looks like a young Tom Waits.
@@user-ux6vw7ry2v That's interesting, Tom Waits really isn't known for his looks (incredibly talented dude though), but they do bare a striking resemblance.
He looks like a modern James Dean to me. I think he can make it work if he don't talk too much.
@@jimbusmaximus4624 Agreed
I’m here for Austin Butler. He can turn into anybody. This is violent and not the kind of movie I plunk down money for in a theater.
But I’m going to see this one.
Motorcycle groups or scouts are not scary people. Refer to the South Park episode
Youve got him type casted. Give him a chance. Seems to be a good actor.
The movie even has Dewey Crowe in it…
Tom Hardy would be an incredible ghost rider
“And thass when I seen Benny. Standin by tha pool table”
If someone says “I seen” rather than “I saw” they’re definitely from Chicago. That accent is atrocious (I’m from Chicago, I can say that).
The accent is definitely bad, she sounds like she's doing and SNL skit..
Or from Belfast. Here people say it constantly
@@northerlyartemis Lots of Irish settled in Chicago. It’s probably where it came from.
@@mobiz711 It’s bad cause it sounds pretty spot on. It’s just rough to listen to, lol. It’s not pleasant sounding, like a Southern accent. Or funny like a New England accent. It just sounds so…idk.
@@boscopappas234 Good point! Never thought about that.
Something went wrong. I saw The Wild One, and this was not supposed to happen, again.
Norman looks like Bobby Peru
WAS THAT DEWEY CROWE??
LMAO I can't take him seriously after seein Justified... He was great in Mr. In-between but I just can't unsee Dewey Crowe 🤣😂🤣
@@jimbusmaximus4624same. I just see a half wit whenever I see him
She did an actually decent chicago accent not gonna lie. Kind a Fargo version but not bad.
Where are the triumphs etc? Did HD buy them out of this?
Motorcycle clubs in the USA its required your bike is American Made.
American made
So many Outlaw MC hints.
That's what it's based on, the birth and rise of the Outlaws MC.
@@anthonypeters6861 I understand that.
Why no choppers? Outlaw bikers in the late 60's didn't ride dressers. Watch The Wild Angels or Devils Angels for what was ridden.
Good eye I didn't really notice that at first
not in chicago area. this is midwest.
OSHA regs😁
Stock bikes were more nondescript. Lower profile. Not to say some didn't own custom bikes too .
BIDEN NOMICS CHOPPERS COST MORE THAN BOGUS BAGGERS LMFBOROF❤
OFFO ::: GFOD ::: ADIOS ::: CHARLIE RULES! ::: Red eyed and rollin ....................................> :::Skullster King::: SYLO 15
you know they tried to make it authentic from chicago when she said i'll go get you a pop. we call it pop here, lol. or a couple soda pops (which means beers) but here in chicago, we do not call it soda. so this flick is loosely based on a true story? i'm not up on my 50's 60's biker clubs but the main club here (the home team i call it) are the outlaws. now that history i know. i ride. who doesn't here in the chi. i'm going to have to do some research about who this movie is about. looks like a good watch. wait for it to come out to my tv in a few months.
it's inspired by a photographer who hung out with the Outlaws MC for a bit back in the day. That scene where he is riding across a bridge and turn around to look behind him is a famous picture of an Outlaw.
@@thegrinch7989 yeah, i had caught that in the preview driving across the bridge and looking back, but i already done typed my comment. that is an iconic poster. have a copy of it in my garage. definitely the outlaws- at least that scene.
Woman says she thought she could change him? You mean ruin? 😅
I'll wait till it comes out on VHS
South Park!!! Which one is the”
What a let down of a movie....
from the first bar scene when he gets cracked with the bar stool, looked promising... from there, it went downhill fast. What a freakin bromance movie....sucks.
Gives bikers a bad rap.😅
Silents Started a chill biker club for outcasts like James Dean and Funny Sonny.
Shockingly Boomers Ruined It. 😐
went and saw this the other day 0-10 stars.
Oh dear. Overdose of cheese and overacting.
Cringe.
Lol
This is NOT a biker movie. They should have been riding mopeds.
You realize this is when clubs first started of course it's not what you think by looking at bikers today. Things evolve and change. But im sure you're a big bad biker and know everything. You even know what club this movie is based on and that it's based on true events. Not just some movie about guys riding in the 50s
Just can’t see the Elvis guy in the role. I’d pick someone else but he’s the flavour of the year I suppose.
looks like an even cheesier relook at The Wild One with even more over acting.
Looks like typical hollywood watered down rubbish..
You aint beating Sons of Anarchy or Mayans MC.
Considering this is a movie I don’t think that’s the intention
Those are make believe this is based off a group
😈🔱👿... Doesnt look that great from the clips... Looks likenjist another dumb car/bike movie and that's been done a thousand times and done better..heck go watch the ones with real bikers that were done in the 60s and 70s..and if you cant find one of those you like watch the wild one or east rider... This movie totally lost me with the stupid dentures 🙄
Movie was horrible 🤦🏽♂️ the secrets of the hells angels doc was better than this
What a load of crap....
This movie looks so gay. Bikers were always gay though.
Ok bob
Lets see you say that in front of some real bikers Bob ya keyboard warrior
Bob's a Member of the Pillow Biters no doubt !
Or maybe the notorious TURD BURGLARS ! 🤔
He does have a point
