this strat still works great, just got my black border. It does seem that alch buff luck may play a factor, I had to use level 10 sauda on round 78, 95, and 99 to complete it but other runs I didn't need to use it at all. I played the map 5 times to 100 for my black border while getting the red ribbon the other 4 times and it seemed pretty random if a bloon would pass through the defense or not. Just follow this exact strategy and be ready for sauda at round 78. I recommend auto start off and play on slow starting at 90 and make sure you don't have your small bloons extra on otherwise a random bloon might sneak right past you lol. Overall super easy, thanks for the guide!
patch 44 works fine, the random factor lets slip 1 or two balloons at random rounds, if you have time just make hte whole slow so you have time to use saudas skills. Making the whole map slow saves you more time, then start all over again several times.

Can confirm I needed the ability on level 78. Didn't need it on 99 though...
