Just made these. So airy and delicious 🤤! I made about 6 cupcakes at 340° and it took about 18 mins. The timing will vary depending on the size of your cakes. Next time I make these I will be adding a pinch of salt…
I really appreciate your videos on how to make. Informative, good visuals and tips! Thank you! An idea for a series is ….dim sum foods!!! Or even the varieties of foods you can make with the different asian “flours”- rice flour, tapioca flour, hot water vs cold water with flour. Ie: dim sum options- pan fried shrimp and chive dumpling, hai gao, shao mai, deep fried glutinous diced pork dumpling, deep fried taro, bbq pork puff, etc.
This is great! I am going to do lots of research this weekend! Thank you I do also have videos for har gow, siu mai, and char siu bao already on my channel if you’d like to check it out 😊
