Understand, that Portugal, (borders) Italy, France, and Spain. 🌏 Historical Facts: It was not uncommon for marriages/sexual relationships between these neighboring countries, (Portugal, Italy, France, and Spain) to form in what is known as (Old World Europe!) 🌏 I know my History...... I know people......... @Woltersworld, You're 🌏 looking for (PURE) Portuguese Cuisine and Dishes, that was not influence by it's (neighboring countries)..... Well.... It will be hard to find it considering the fact that it's not even there. @Woltersworld, 🌏 Portuguese, Cuisine/ People, goes way back to (Old World Europe) and Portugal's Cuisine was inspired by it's 🌏 (Neighboring Countries) as well as it's own country's creativity and ideas. Paella, can be made in some Portuguese Families and is considered to be a staple in Portuguese Communities.
