Reginal At Best was an album that never came out. It was right as they got signed to Fueled By Ramen. So they took some of these songs and put them on their first signed album Vessel.

When i started this channel it was just to “RECREATE” top songs and I was doing it in chronological order of the band and I was trying to recreate the RAB version of HOTY

these are the originals, RAB came way before Vessel and Tyler recorded/mixed these when he had very little experience and good equipment (in this case the song isn’t the actual RAB one but all of RAB came before vessel)

While what @AsteriaProductions said is true to some extent, from what I can gather this *isn't actually the version from RAB* or any official version whatsoever.
Someone else in these comments seems to have posted a link to the _actual_ Regional At Best version of Holding Onto You.
OP simply did not make it clear that it was their attempt at recreating the RAB version, not the actual RAB version itself.
Self Titled came way before RAB I'm pretty sure(?) and even that album has far better mixing than this.

Tyler always said RAB was a glorified mixtape, even then it’s something they technically officially sold, but self titled sounds a lot cleaner and came far before Regional

@@blvrryvhs in regards to you asking why- maybe it was originally made during the time where the actual RAB versions kept getting copyrighted and taken down? if you look into the comments sections of a lot of the actual RAB versions people keep saying things like "please don't get copyrighted again" etc. so maybe that's when OP made this.
Either way I think they should've indicated to ppl better that this ain't the actual RAB version.
