confused ho sir , long term k liye kya dekhu me ek acha soc , y along time updates , ya ui ? considering realme gt 2 , not because i am a gamer but because it offers a better soc , amoled screen and a good sensor camera , could have gone for any samsung or any moto but soc is the thing i believe would last me long since that is what i observed in my last phone , it was a 1.8ghz soc but after 2 3 years , the updates apps and games seems sluggish , tho it was a recent soc at that time (announced on oct , 2017 , got it at may, 2018)

Battery is ok not effect by the heat
I'm casual user so now after some updates it got better, casual use no heating most of the time bit warm
From casual 43c to 38c (after update indoor)
It does get hot while charging
It does get hot in the sun 45c easy!
Gaming u will get 42c in a couple of minutes I've tried on pubg

Latest update: my pixel 4a had a battery swelling issue. Sent to Noida F1. They told that they will replace my battery @ free of cost, however I have to pay for the damage caused by the battery to the backpanel. It was around 6000/- which includes inspection charge 850/- Google never respond to me even after 50 days about the battery replacement. Because of the no spares. Yesterday the told me am getting replacement device that is 6a. 😅😅

Just 3 days back submitted my damaged pixel4a (display & battery swollen) to F1 solutions. Charging 15k-20k are quite expensive for a mid-range device.
coz replacement time is over. u need to pay huge price.

@@GuptaInformationSystem Even during the replacement policy period they were charging me the same(15K) & now as well as they didn't provide any replacement during first service request. They've now asked the same to pay to get the replacement. And they're charging for the damages which is not even there yet, which is they are saying might be in future for Display(currently ghost image found). I don't understand if i should make such a huge payment for only battery issue in reality. They're just charging so much as they are providing replacement.
May i know where did you take the replacement from? And if you have any contact details for the same?
Ultimately total amount charged was INR 14,952, & not INR 8,100. So I guess you shouldn't put captions like ki INR 8100 me replacement mila

Bro, I got a faulty Google Pixel 7a from Flipkart. I f followed up with them for really a month but they just didn't reply and were diverting the topic to go to Google customer service.
After that it's been two months now I am following up with Google customer service
They are just taking my device doing nothing and sending it back to me again. This has happened two times and still there are a lot of problems with the device and I want a complete refund or replacement for the device.
I have already spoken with Google's team nearly 70 times over the phone and email, but I am having a very bad experience with them as they are not replacing my device and not even giving my refund.

I got a similar exchange offer for my old pixel 4a which had a battery swelling issue. The service centre exchanged my 4a for a 6a for just 6k.

Mujhe v new phone mila. I am from Bihar and here there was no service centre, i talk to customer care and she told me to send the phone through courier and after 7 days i recieved a brand new Google pixel 6a phone😊 absolutely free. My old phone is Google pixel 6a with 6 months warranty left.
