    For those wondering: The Extra Ball on this game is very challenging. The display in the playfield, the middle two numbers, one is scrolling up, the other is scrolling down. Getting the left targets in order stops the left number. Dropping all the targets on the right stops the right number. You need to time the last target (bottom left standup, or last drop on the right) to stop on the same number. So 3 3 would give you an extra ball. I think I've done it ONCE! Also the time your shot on the plunge. The plunger lane star rollovers light in sequence after the ready aim fire lights. You need to roll over the stars as they are lit. It's not quite a full plunge (because that will take you through the left orbit and nearly drain). The more you light, the higher the spinner will be worth. I think the spinner is worth 100 points. Every Gorgon that you get is 500, with up to 2500 per spin. Big points! If you don't use the Shield of the Gods, you get points for them at the end of the game (don't tilt ball 3 or 5). Great game. Thanks for saving this one and sharing the process.

    The female warrior in Olympus is Athena / Minerva. She is often depicted as a warrior female, It COULD be Diana/ Artemis (Goddess of the hunt) but doubtful as she's wearing heavy armor, so I feel confident that is Athena. The other female is probably Aphrodite / Venus. Perseus needed assistance from the pantheon of the Gods to defeat Medusa. Its cool how this top section of the board thematically represents you 'In Olympia'. The winged horse, the Pegasus, Perseus flew up high enough to use the head of Medusa to turn the kraken to stone. The guy with wings on his helmet and his is Mercury or also known as Hermes. He is the fastest of the Gods because Mercury goes around the sun fastest. The guy with the flute on the bumper is Pan, Also shares lineage with Bacchus.
    What makes it confusing is the all have Roman names (Planets and celestial bodies) and Greek names so... Like Jupiter is Zeus. The guy with the Trident is Poseidon or Neptune.
    What I find super interesting about that other bumper basically having the Devil on it, is later on Christianity turned Pan / Bacchus into what we know as the modern day Satan. So it's almost like somebody new the history of Bacchus / Pan.
    That creature at the bottom of the glass is probably just a guy that has been turned to stone but the light bleeding through looks like cracks which is kind of cool.
    What an absolutely beautiful machine for a rescue really good job!!! (Edited for clarity).

    I don't know if it is just me, but the new sound board sounds a bit like it needs a sustain setting adjusted, or maybe the merge switch or something. I mean, the sound doesn't quite reverberate the same. I don't mean that as a criticism, and could be a setting, or maybe just capacitors. I'm impressed that this board exists, and as you said, that might be the only choice.
    I'd have been interested in maybe another video. Like maybe one dealing with the lights in the back, the drop targets, and maybe the side art. But, as they say, all great things must come to an end, and I appreciate all of your effort in bringing this to us. Thank you very much!

    • @PlumGurly
      @PlumGurly Год назад

      @@LyonsArcade I saw them all, but it seemed that you still had problems with the light bar, and it still looked like the drop targets had other problems, or maybe I misinterpreted something. I mean, you got the worst of the drop target issue with that tape on it, and still had an issue with the flickering light on the back (and the doubled light at the end of the bar) after changing the parts you had. I might have misunderstood the involved videos. I was left with the impression that more work might be needed on both.
      Anyway, I really appreciate these videos, and I'm anxiously waiting every other weekday to watch them. Thank you for all that you do. Like you say, you and your brother don't have to do these, and I am so grateful that you do. So I don't take these for granted. I actually don’t like that top playfield. Too much chopping going on. Cool artwork though.

      I actually don't like your comment. Too much negativity going on. Cool avatar though.

    This has been an epic adventure! I still haven't watched every episode all the way through, but it's been incredibly informative and entertaining from the full episodes I have seen. I enjoyed this as much as your Xenon repair videos. Makes me want to buy some originals!
