+Blizzard Snow I hate that, too. He's my favorite PTS character in the anime (and the reason why it's important to me that they finally add the Sound 4) and was my second main next to Itachi, but they ruined PTS Itachi AND Kimimaro. :/
They nerfed the heck out of him, it's sad. He's hardly playable in s4 because his combos are so trash now, all he's good for is spamming. They should have just left all the s1 movesets for most people
