@@JasonClements it is a challenge to notice the notch where one is meant to use for prying off the back casing. A thumbnail worked for me.
Perhaps it could be spray painted a bright (white, yellow, orange, etc) color, to make that groove stand out.
That's a good idea! Maybe an LED light that turns on in the notch when you say "Jarvis, help me open the back cover"

Could you please explain what you mean by using the SIM card and two locations??? As it has two different slots..
In the video, you see that the device has 2 sim slots. You need a sim card to have phone/messaging service on your phone. Usually you choose a carrier like ATT or Verizon. Some people travel or use a different sim for different reasons. Some people enjoy Having access to 2 carriers.
