You have to share the dng file of supplied. Usually the dng/jpg file should be included.

there are also Lightroom mobile and Lightroom classic, they are all the same but classic I’m pretty sure is a paid version and is on pc from my understanding

Lightroom mobile has some features blocked unless you want to pay but even without paying you can do a lot
