I think platinum and diamond got so much better because people stopped caring about ranking. I used to make ace regularly. Now I couldn’t be bothered to count points. I’m sure many people now think that way. So you’ve got ace and conqueror level players lurking around in platinum and diamond just having fun.
Have to agree, lots of players I know who made ace / conqueror in seasons 5 to 15 are now ranked platinum as bored with grinding rank so play events and payload etc. It is mayhem when a squad gets together in a platinum lobby though 🤣
It's so much more fun to just play the game. Ranking makes it feel like a chore. It's dumb. In the high tiers games it's hard to get fun hot drops. People jumping to the edge of the maps and little compounds. For what? So you can have a title. Who cares. I'd much rather have a fun hot drop.
Queue waiting for duo and solos just takes too long these days if you want to play any maps other than themed livik or errangle. Good luck trying to get into a Sanghok, Mirama or vikendi map.
That is true. My mate and I play duos in KRJP and the amount of pressure specially in Crown 2 above is ridiculous. People don't want to die. Most of them has learned how to hold their ground. Some of them knows if their position is bad. Those who are left behind in an unlucky position will die. While in squads. Everyone just rushes because 4v1 is just not possible unless you have teammates who know what they are doing. Thank you Bushka for another video Happy New Year to you. yeah, duo is about rotations. Im ace in duo in asia server (i dont play mirror world). My Kd is close to 4. But i got killed by 1. 2. all the time if i played aggressively in duo. Duo requires patience instead of chasing for kills
I think you've probably touched on it before (albeit maybe a while ago) but is there a possibility for a video on what makes a good compound / area to hold in final circles? Some seem great, and others terrible, but it's hard to determine if that's you playing well or the opposition playing badly or if it really is a case of good positioning. A bit of Bushka insight would be great there, hope you're enjoying your holidays!
Had a great idea from this video, block the bottom of the stairs of a building you can drive into with a vehicle, jump out on the side where the vehicle is up against a wall so as to put you on the roof, walk upstairs blow vehicle up and you can no longer be pushed.
You don't get any bots initially on the Mirror Islands but they do actually spawn in once the air drop plane goes across the map - they can be quite useful for giving away the last few grubs who've dug in or for a little more stat-padding.
Yeah, I'll never forget that match years ago now... My Internet was broken and I had improved 300ms ping. Full auto Mk14 saved my ass and I had a lot of lags and one chicken dinner.
im ace in duo and i dont play mirror world. Duo is much more intense. Especially in the last circles where there are still 30 people left.Its more about picking good spots and wait for enemies to come, instead of finding them. If i play aggressive in duo, i die very early. If i wait for enemies to charge and kill them, on average i have 6-7 kills per game
You mentioned the DP-28 reload time… maybe you can do a video comparing the reload time of various weapons using various attachments.. and compare that then to the time to kill and how that can relate to getting squad wipes… or something like that :)
That’s not a good loadout, since you don’t have a good close/mid range weapon in there, especially against multiple opponents. It seems decent enough for long range solos fights or stealthy camping, though.
never played these modes with the shields and buying grenades i personally don't think this is the way pubg should go yes have them as option to play but ranking up with them . i remember rollex when he was doing his trying to be conquer in every server it was so much easier for him in eu server because they had those shields and the radar grenades remember the grenades that showed you were the enemy was. would he have achieved conquer yes he is great player but saying you got conquer the season before without any shields and gimmicks is a better achievement yes every body has them but i think the game is moving in the wrong direction

There are things that is special too in ranking in high tier. Having intense circles is very fun for me and winning it gives you a great feeling.

Duos is a smarter game style than squads, which is more about brute force and gun slinging.
Most players don't care about ranking anymore. You find Ace level players in Platinum/Diamond, and they are bloodthirsty.

My favorite loadout is a Kar98 and a VSS because they work well together.....

Duos is so sweaty especially Miramar. No mode do people know every crevice and pebble better...
