Cover the teepads until play begins. If it’s actively raining during play you have to deal with it, otherwise it shouldn’t be hard to cover the pads, get some tarps.

There are actual obvious errors though before DGPT these were my issues being so new to the game watching the note of the disc as a fact. Now I know it's probably the most overstable disc x or beat to crap disc y so, only the discspeed and angles matter in the wind when a pro throws. Maybe the choice of a putter of the tee tells of a par-play but then we have Barela and Conrad pushing them to 400' and that won't matter as well xD Now my real issue is things like the prefilmed drone shoots of holes looses quality down to about 480p at best in post production... the original material is probably filmed in 4k. And that goes for the whole production, the quality of the video is cranked down as to not get actualy pixelated in the LIVE like before, 60fps is more important than +720p? When I initially saw the round was delayed I got frustrated, but it’s been happening more and more you can’t control the weather. So props to Jomez for getting coverage as soon as is realistic
Give these guys a break. Think about it. They have to play in a round that ends at like 6pm. Then someone has to edit the video add in the graphics, the highlights from other cards, all that stuff. THEN they can go into the studio to record the commentary. If you want player commentary and edited coverage next day is about as fast as you can get. They can get the FPO out sooner because the FPO is done playing before the men start so the can do the post production while the men are on the course.
They didn't look happy at the end of the first round commentary. Hard to focus on both. Props to them yes, not to jomez. Hopefully they have a contract that protects them from other coverages getting out before then, they deserve it with how they grew this type content. But to stay in the lead they must figure it out. I am getting too invested in the season and the players to avoid spoilers in the meantime and it will take the air out of certain rounds which I probably won't be as excited or even watch.....

Barela's shot on 5 is no wonder - take a normal Ultimate Frisbee and a buddy and just try it out in the park. +250 ft with this space-ship-arc straight to the point is practice. Most of the time you can see the impact right after the throw. The fun part starts when your buddy tries to catch it...

NO MORE ARTIFICIAL GRASS TEEPADS!!! my local course has some of these teepads and they're ultra slick when it rains. Concrete with mini grooves has been the best in my experience

Who ever is in control of tee pads on tour needs to be fired. If its a group they need to be replaced. If a course wants on tour it should be a prerequisite. Its not difficult or even costly to build safe tee pads. You know what is costly? Being sued. I hope Chandler sticks it to them and every pro has his back. Absolutely pathetic by the Pro Tour, seriously. You have to do better.

Follow flights are usually parked, so the distance is the length of the hole. I was curious about calculating the max height reached. Conrad - 2 feet, AB - 20000 feet 😜
Want to know if it possible when showing a clump of trees, is it possible to put a marker showing the hole instead of a clump of trees. Like a down arrow. Just an idea after watching a zillion of these. :)

If the pro tour has two courses for this event, there’s no excuses for the rounds not finishing on time. Fpo and Mpo should be on opposite courses on the same day. Tee times start at 11 finish by 2:30. No insanely early or late times and everyone finishes in the same day. Being on lead card has almost became a disadvantage in the last few years because they have to wake up so early to finish their rounds from the prior day
Counter, you need twice the number of volunteers and staff to run two courses in the same day. That's a ton of logistics and money for our still small sport.
