    oh my god, i found this channel by seraching for cool clock concepts, and what i found is a pure treasure, you are so creative men, all your concepts are awesome, i dont know if you are gonna see this but your work is very inspiring to me

    cool clock, for the firmware you could treat the draw space as 7 segment displays then you need to only clear the segment(s) you don't need rather than the left right scrub motion. Can't wait to see further versions !

      +Mr covert sure it would work in a ideal world , but u see these steppers have a lot of backlash , and it was pretty hard for me to get it to write even to this point ,by adding springs. also it is more fun to erase the entire digit!!

    What about a second erase coil with a larger core to speed up writing the next digit?

      bigger coils tend to pull filing in unwanted cells
