Mumbai airport only has one operational runway. This Navi Mumbai airport will have 2 runways. Mumbai airport carried 4.4 crore passanger which was decreased as it was above it's capacity. Navi Mumbai airport is designed to accommodate 9.0 crore passangers each year.❤
