Wooden Robot Toy // Woodworking With Kids

For this week's project, I brought my youngest into the shop with me and we had some fun making this goofy wooden robot toy. She had a blast getting to use some of my tools under my supervision and trying out a woodworking project of her own. We used scrap 2x4s and some paracord to bring this little guy to life!
Introducing kids to woodworking can plant a seed that may grow for the rest of their lives! But always make sure to provide good supervision to keep them safe. Kids haven't learned how to use tools yet, so it's up to you to teach them how to use them safely!

One of our all time favorite videos! We love how you taught your daughter what to do but allowed her to do it for herself. We also applaud you for teaching her proper safety as well! Your children are going to be years ahead of their peers because they did not get a participation trophy for no reason, they learned!! Great job to Mr and Mrs White Lab!
