There's another quick rotation I haven't seen anywhere but funny enough it only works in a 5* r5, not in a 6*: parry+MLLLL+parry+heavy+parry+MLLLM ... and you can throw your sp2 taking advantage of the aptitude before the enemy reaches a bar of power. I'm not sure why it only works with a maxed 5* and not with a 6* r3.
That makes so much more sense for my play style. I was trying to do the more complex cycles you see on youtube and I just can't keep it all straight in the middle of a fight on a complex node. This works

CGR has really flexible gameplay. I rather to use vigilance-->aptitude--> power gain. In this way I have aptidude up to l2 since the power gain will be longer.
Actually, that's a common misconception, the aptitude buff does NOT improve the potency of power gain. It works only with cruelty, fury, precision and armor up (it's in the description). KT1 presented a rotation basically like this, where you first trigger vigilance, then power gain (you can check that you gain exact same amount of power with this rotation), then a M-M combo, then heavy cancel into sp2. You basically gain the same effect, but your is a bit more risky, because if the opponent is way too passive you risk to lose your aptitude buff for when it actually matters (cruelty and precision). The only big difference between these 2 rotation is that yours is better for when you need the vigilance buff, as it allows for a longer duration.
I don't think he meant that the Aptitude enhances the Power Gain, just that it gives the 20% extra duration due to the sequence effect. KT1's Rotation is ok, but you really don't need the Aptitude right before the Sp2, the Precision is alright extremely potent, so it really doesn't need more potency in other cases, and the Cruelty isn't really that strong. This is just a general Rotation for faster fights and doesn't rely on needing to Stun the opponent. I think for these cases, the Rotation presented in this video is better than "KT1's Rotation" 👍

Correct me if I'm wrong but the amplitude buff doesn't actually increase your power gain, you gain 20% more power though because you have already activated one judgement. Or am I missing something?
Just pulled him as a 6* and I’ve already took him to the r3. Do you think should I use an ag or would you ? I mean I’ve seen at the beginning of ur video he wasn’t duped but later on was. If it was a 5* I wouldn’t even think to use a gem but as a 6* It’s kinda hard to make decision.
