Because of you, I bought 4 dresses that are maxi dresses. I haven't worn maxis for years. I love them again. Thank you Rosie! Love the white crockery. What a bargain on all of it.

Hello sunshine 💛Lovely finds 💛💛 I think your first find is a cheese dome rather than for cake but of course that doesn’t preclude it being used for cake. The lamp, casserole and picture frames are just lovely 💛💛💛
I was going to say that as well but people probably don't use cheese domes much now. Cake is nicer anyway, lol.
@@monicas2269 It’s good to give something a new lease of life isn’t it regardless of its original usage. Better for the purse and better for the planet to re- purpose. I have to confess though, i’m more of a cheese than cake person - controversial I know 🤪. Give me all the 🧀 🤣🤣😘

I have literally never seen a cheese dome so you must be right! I definitely prefer cake too but I’ve also never said no to cheese on a cracker 🤣 have a lovely day babe xx

Rosie. A quick fix for your dry hands after painting and washing up. I have terrible dry hands but I get olive oil out the kitchen. Little bit in your palm and work into your hands. I do this either morning or evening if I can leave it on for abt 20 mins. Cocoa butter after washing your hands during the day. Or the multi purpose Nivea is really great.

I love your videos Rosie you really are a girl after my own heart! Most of my wardrobe is charity shop finds & and we have loads of bargains dotted around our home too. I also repurpose furniture that I find & really like the uniqueness it brings. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re like a little breath of fresh air ❤

Hi Rosie. The white dome is a cheese dish. That’s why it’s got the hole. No reason not to use it for cake though! Such great bargains.

I think the white cake stand could have originally have been a cheese dish hence the small hole in the top I did used to have one very similar. But what a great idea to keep cakes in it x

Great charity Hul I stopped off at burmum on sea and found my first emma brige waters find and whilst on hols in Cornwall got some top's from white company and otton traders blazer

I’ve just discovered your you tube channel. I was watching a Q & A video you did a while ago and just want to say I am loving your channel. I love that you are from UK and talk about shops and stuff that I can go visit I love all the American crafting etc but half the stuff we can’t get here unless we pay an arm and a leg so it’s really refreshing. Lovely haul but I just can’t get with the books for decor thing. I love a nice bookshelf and the books on it reflect your personality so just buying them for their colour seems alien to me but that’s just my personal view. Love all your home wares etc. I love charity shopping ❤️
Apart from my underwear I buy everything from charity shops here in the UK (somerset) all my house hold goods to clothing (why pay 40 for a top when u can get it for £4/5..give it a wash & its as good as new!😁 I've picked up some REALLY good stuff too😁 Every high street has at least 5 charity shops & they are all like walking into a smart shop (Apart from one!) When charity shops first appeared on the high street in the 80s we were all like...umm... second hand...not sure!! But once we all got our heads round it we could plainly see it was a win win situation. Not only do I satisfy a bit of a shopping addiction without breaking the bank I'm helping cancer research etc & doing my recycling bit as well. But I do sort of feel sorry for the small outlets who must see the charity shops & their popularity as a pain in the bum! LOVE all ur finds by the way!
Great charity shop finds. The Gruffalo toys are a good buy, there’s a trail near us, that we like to take the grandchildren to, it’s in a wood and they love going round and finding all the characters.
On went the mouse through the deep dark wood....the gruffalo set is lovely x

I have struggled a bit with my weight recently and feel like it’s getting me down, but your attitude as made me see that sometimes you need to just accept the way you are. The pottery at the start is beautiful I do find some amazing pieces in charity shops, I can’t understand why they are thrown out some times, the clothes were lovely on you.
I do think your right about the books some people spend silly money on coffee table books that no one gives a second look at, great video as always.

Love your first item, the white cheese dish have a large willow patterning on my wishlist. I am so envious,look forward to seeing it on your worktop with large piece of cheese inside - hole allows the cheese to breath.

As always fab video. I put sticky felt pads under items to go on the worktop, just stops scratching the surface as there is always a rough edge.
Hi Rosie I think that white dish with the lid is a cheese dome and the hole in the lid is to enable the cheese to breathe

Fabulous haul Rosie. I particularly like the covered cake dish and the ceramic bunny. I cannot believe that you live in the south and your charity shops are so cheap. I live in the north of England and honestly, some of our charity shops are more expensive than the ACTUAL shops.
