It's amazing that Blackface wrote this song over two decades ago. I wonder how he developed his creativity and mindset to have penned such a masterpiece ahead of his time. Unfortunately, he is misunderstood in our society. For example, he should not have to shout before he is credited for his creative work in African Queen. Even though we may never have heard about his lyrics to the song, life was fortunate to him that it was produced, and we could listen to and enjoy it. He should earn rewards for using his lyrics, melodies, and creative deliverables. Regarding African Queen, I hope he can create a new flavor with a more contemporary sound for the new age. Hopefully, that will keep this sound, lyrics, and Blackface's creative piece on the shelf for extended periods.

2face only wrote the last verse with OJB I believe in his version ,if you listen very well those lyrics written by OJB n probably 2face was not used in the original song but I gave them 50% of that version but the original one without their added lyrics you know I have to own that 100%! What you had was just writings on a piece of paper which you permitted 2face to sing and 2face added his own last lyrics. The song was never produced before 2face sang it, now you sang it with the same rhythm as 2baba. Same style but you decided to make it kind of reggae and I believed it wasn’t meant to be sang like you did from the onset but because you don’t want to sound like 2baba’s own you decided to change a few.
