Jenny!!! I just made a big solo move from Washington DC to Chicago at the start of December, and I totally relate to your epiphany that it's not something you can do on your own. Moving brings about soooo many different logistics and stressors, and with them a whole lot of emotions, so I know just how overwhelming it is. I moved halfway across the country, but you moved the WHOLE way across the country, so I can imagine that's double the crazy. I hope you're able to take a few moments to be proud of yourself for getting it done, but also to just sit and recognize that it was really stressful and that the transition isn't necessarily over yet. (God knows that finding the right place for everything, buying new furniture, establishing new routines, etc. doesn't happen over night.) It's been bringing me a lot of comfort to watch you go through a similar life change, so thank you for documenting it in such an open and vulnerable way. Sending you lots of good thoughts!

this seemed like such an intense experience but looking at the transition of your energy throughout the vlog, you seem to have started to settle in! i also struggle with allowing myself to ask for help and not be fully independent with everything i do. sometimes a little help is all you need for things to come together more seamlessly :)
