According to SEGA mandates, game characters can't suffer meaningful loss. Shadow skipped that one being here for over 2 decades, but Whisper's too new to escape it. Plus, wheren't there news of IDW and the games not being allowed to cross-reference?
@@charmyzard it’s true since whisper tangle belle surge kit are exclusive to idw but for sonic prime we are getting different versions of tangle of whisper since sega doesn’t own them idw and ian owns them

Sonic Boom is the only show that is considered canon and IDW is considered canon as well since it happens after Forces and also references older sonic games such as Colors (which was referenced when Sonic first met whisper and mentioned how he saved the wisps’ planet from Eggman) Unleashed and secret rings (which was mentioned at the start of the metal virus arc when Sonic was the first one infected and was going on his runs). Sonic Prime may or may not be canon but I doubt IDW characters are going to be there

This video was amazing! With Whisper's powers overcoming Rouge with the more she learns. I wonder what would happen if she learns the power to the super forms.
Honestly, I love this series and though I disagree with many outcomes for winners or why, I can tell a lot of thought, care, and passion goes into both the animations, battles, and the story. I don’t necessarily think the winner was wrong, as I saw it as a toss-up since Rouge is unbelievably talented and tough as a world class super spy/thief, yet Whisper is a bit more careful and versatile with formerly being a shadowed hero(cruel pun unintended) known as the “Guardian Angel,” but I do believe the ending of the fight was unsatisfying and rushed out of nowhere. Plus, while Rouge can be temperamental and overconfident, Whisper blows up with rage on the topic of Eggman to the point she stops thinking, “Boom” Whisper759 assumably similar to IDW’s original, so I think that could have played a factor IF it came up. Great nonetheless.

Spy vs mercenary! I wasn't expecting it, but it was super cool! This opens up so many questions. "I learned from you." I am really locking forward to more Whisper! Even thought they're commonly paired together, I'm guessing it's too much to hope we see Tangle at some point in this series. I would that since she's my favorite comic character.

I loved seeing that side of Rouge! I knew she could use bombs but I haven't seen her use them before and I remember from Sonic Adventure 2 that she got digging toes or something for a power up to let her dig for hidden items. I'm confused about why is she even alive, how does Whisper know Rouge, and stuff like that but it makes me excited to see more!

I wanted Whisper to win. And I was not disapointed. Everyone placed their bats on Rouge since she's an elite spy & most dont know about the legendary Guardian Angel of the battlefield, who's been hiding in the shadows. Heh being underestimated is always an advantage. I knew this sniper would turn the tides to her favour. Darknes is her element. Talking about darkness. I have so many questions now that only keep getting more & more. Why is Rouge in the Sol Dimension ? Is the land of darknes part of it ? I can only tell it has something to do with the multiverse. Heh some things never change. All will be answered in due time
Another reason why people probably assumed Rouge was gonna win was because Whisper's main weapon is the wispon while Rouge has all sorts of acrobatic skills
I hope the end of this series will have a final battle with the modern and boom characters fighting both Modern and Boom Eggman along with Modern and Boom Metal
