yeah I remember that book it took place during the episode when Heidi broke up with her boyfriend and Al let her stay at his place for a while except instead of Al being a creepy pervert with a velvet gymnasium he was just a good friend.
at 2:11 when Al takes the mini version.....If this sketch was done today in 2018: Al takes the mini version from Tim.....Then Tim pulls out his cellphone and says "Also, the new Flannel Joke App!"
Not exactly sure why Tim came at Al so hard about flannel need I remind you this was the 90s when flannel was so in that it was next to impossible to get your own flannel shirts.
I wonder how they wrote the scripts & directed everything & if the jokes were planned? They made their characters work well on-set. Tim Allen put alot of this together, but how much input did the actors have?
"Something a bit more abrasive. Like a can of Tim's personality" 😂
"Of course a can of your personality would be empty" 😂
This was so good
Tim:How to keep a idiot wearing flannel in suspense
(Al Takes the little flannel joke book)
Tim:I'll tell you tomorrow
Someone needs to make that joke book!
What's Al Borland's favorite book?
Fifty Shades of Flannel.
lol

I NEED THAT BOOK!
"Shut up and take my money!" 🤣
The most abrasive of all: The nagging wife
drummer703 “That’s Tim Taylor c/o Tool Time...”
That DOES look like Jill when she nags.
For sensitive paint, use Al's beard.
so glad I'm divorced
kleimbach77 I think you’re in denial.

Only for al to take the phone and delete the app afterwards

I think Home Improvement had a hand in that.
@@marckempe2143 maybe but I'm pretty sure most of the fame that final shirts achieved in the 90s can be attributed to Nirvana.
I remember this one. Marty was going to leave his wife and Jill was already mad at Tim for a hole incident at home.
“Wait, Heidi’s more popular than me?”
“Tim, Heidi’s more popular than SANTA CLAUS!”
“Heidi tested better than me?”
“Heidi tested better than Santa Claus”
I happen to love flannel jokes especially when Al lives in world of plaid compare to Time, and finally take away his joke book.

Hard to believe that Tim robe tool man Taylor is buzz light year
It's too bad that book doesn't exist, LoL
Al must have liked the wallet sized one. He put it in his pocket
Something for him to read on the can.
@@ThePerihelion lol! 😂👍
