- The Bajada or the shot after glass is one of the most difficult shots in Padel... and my worst shot without any doubt. In this new session with Mauri Andrini I tried my best to improve it and this is what happened!

I love how Mauri explain that he want the ball to bounce twice before hitting the glass. I had been using my wrist too much and I thought I am hitting a good bajada. Pushing the ball - not whipping the ball with the wrist is the key to a good bajada. This short video is going to take my game to the next level. VAMOS!!!! BTW, any chance of doing something similar for a back-hand bajada?

every padel trainer should teach from the very beginning that back spin in padel comes from high to low movement, not back to front... it would make life a lot easier for new players.
