This really helped me for some reason. I am grieving the death of my beautiful daughter of 27 years of age. It has been 8 weeks and 1 day since God took her home. Rest in heavenly peace to my girl Sage and all others who’s journey has ended on earth. ❤

Ive been a Funeral Director here in England UK for over 20 years, so i see this everyday. Im reading some comments here and its comforting to know that watching this is helping people whom have had lost loved ones, help to see light in life ahead of them. The woman at 6.24 looks remarkably well preserved and to the stage of almost in a light sleep. May God Bless each and every one of these beautiful souls and may they have a safe and pleasant journey. R.I.P to each and every one of them
I just buried my mom. She looked regal in her casket after a 7 month battle with cancer. She looked beautiful. I was with her when she took her last breath. She looked like a tired, worn out, unshowered old lady in a nightie when they took her away. At the funeral I was astounded. She looked healthy, and 10 years younger in her casket. The mortician did an amazing job. My mom was not a vain lady but I know she would’ve been tickled to see how good she looked. It really comforted me.
I can relate, my dad passed aways last year June of comgestive heart failure, he was skinny and frail yet in his casket he looked more like the dad i used to know before the illness, the work the morticians do is not always appreciated enough understandably so.
Sorry for your loss, I lost both my parents last year months apart and what know what you mean, funeral home did a really good job on my parents and thanked them for that too🌹🌹🌹🌹

I don't know why this is helping me mourn those I have lost this past year. The most difficult was mom, but losing my brother, aunt, uncle, and nephew is also painful. 😢
Burying a loved one is very hard but burying a baby is the most heartbreaking thing anyone can ever do…I can’t watch anymore I didn’t expect to see dead babies ..
Thank you for sharing the photographs at one point i could see the hint of a smile on some off their faces. So many very young ones their lives cut short. Think also of those left behind to mourn the loss of a loved one.
my grandad passed away yesterday morning 7:03 AM. he battled with throat cancer and a lung tumor at the same time.i’m going to see his corpse today in the funeral home along with my family but it’s going to be tough for me as i’m only 14 and never seen a person of the deceased in my life.i’m sure that he’s going to get the best send off he could ever wish for. I love you so much Grandad❤️❤️
Es triste dejarlos partir...pero al mismo tiempo reconforta ver como los despiden con sus mejores vestimentas y bien arregladita sus facciones...la mayoria en paz durmiendo el sueño eterno.
I always remember what my Grandmother said to me when I was young and I asked her why do people die, she always said. They are to beautiful for this earth and God wanted them.
I'm retired from the funeral business, but I watch these videos and I find myself looking very closely to find any flaws in the embalming and makeup, sometimes I see little dots of blood, cotton still in the nose, things the family shouldn't see. I guess you can take the girl out of the embalming room, but you can't take the embalming room out of the girl.85 to 90 % of these were beautifully done.
I myself wouldn’t like to see anyone in an open casket for the simple reason that I wouldn’t like to remember them like that, I would like to remember them being alive for my last memory of them. Our bodies are only our vehicle our spirits will live on in another world. But that’s only my opinion, everyone has their own options and beliefs. I must say the majority of the deceased in these photos look so natural, because some get made up and don’t necessarily look like themselves when alive. RIP to all 🙏🏻❤️

Beautiful some look so good they just like they are sleeping there is a look that you can tell they are no longer with us in their casket it's hard to explain almost doll like
i thank the morticians for doing such a wonderful job of looking like they are just sleeping. It touches my heart that the deceased are looked after even when there is no heart playing a beat, or no breath being breathed. Wonderful work. My time may be drawing soon. Im just pretty ill in myself, I've been dreading it. But to anyone out here who must find this comment and read it. Think this: We're just visiting the earth. People don’t realize some of us never got the chance to say goodbye and I love you to our loved ones. And even if they are passed in a casket and we can hold their hand we will take anything we can get just to have that moment with them to tell them goodbye and we love them. This happened with my husband. I love you Greg, I miss you every day, u til we are together again in paradise. I will love you forever.
It is traditional in New Zealand within the Maori culture (it is known as a Tangi). When my partner passed away i took him back home to his land, his family (whanau), as an aussie i had no idea of how confronting it would be. He was in an open casket for 3 days, 2 in Australia and again in NZ, I slept beside him for those three days, amongst his family and friends. Looking back now, I realise that the Tangi allows you to accept, to cry, to pray, to sing, tell stories, celebrate your loved one's life and mourn their passing. It is very confronting, yes very much so especially if you have never experienced a Tangi before. You can grieve openly amongst family & friends with love and support and yes the children are there too. Life and death are real, not to be hidden away. When it is my time, I would prefer a polynesian farewell, rather than a quick 1 hour ceremony as it is in Australia. It just feels so cold and rushed.
My mother and brother were kept at home before the funerals in open caskets, people don’t have to see them they can sit in another room, but everyone waited their turn to go in and pay their last respects, say goodbye or talk, give them one last kiss as I did. I was 14 when my mam died and 15 when my brother died, I’m glad I had these moments with them, they both looked beautiful….
Nobody knows what happens after we depart from this world. We hope that it's a journey that is beautiful and we will again see the one's we once loved on earth +

I have an intense fear, I love being in a casket and being buried. I know that’s unreasonable, but deep down inside I feel like we don’t know what happens after, so we don’t know how long we’re conscious for all we know we’re still under the ground thinking, scared, but frozen. Unable to cry out for help. This actually gives me anxiety attacks. I have to choose wisely funerals to attend. Mainly only attending very close family members because of the fear. I am scared. I will be buried alive. Everyone tells me they will involve you. It won’t happen. It doesn’t stop the fear. It doesn’t stop. Anxiety attacks makes it worse. Actually trying to restrain myself now from having one just watching these videos. But I’m trying to desensitize myself. I’m trying to watch these so that I can hopefully find the route of my phobia and get over it. So I guess what I’m saying is thank you to the creator of these videos for making them. The Bible says death is like a sleep and the dead know nothing. There is no need to worry about a loved one who has passed away. They are resting peacefully in the grave. They are not in pain. They are not somewhere else being tormented. They are simply waiting in the grave until Jesus comes back.
They are all in Paradise now.May they all rest in peace❤️
From the dust we came and the dust we return.God said not me
So true. AMEN.
I Passed away in a Tragic Accident and a miracle happened and was brought back to Life .
It’s deeply sad that so few of these people were elderly.

they all look peaceful, have left the realm and are elswhere:)
I hate funerals. They are absolutely morbid. I would never want to see anyone (friends or family) laying in a casket. My whole family has, and will continue to be cremated.
It's always hard, and kinda creepy when it's a young person laying in a casket, more sad 😔 of course especially teenagers or kids, babies😢
Das zu sehen, macht mich sehr traurig. Ruht alle in Frieden.
Even teenagers perish in a very oddly unfortunate way

The young ones got to me, seeing kids there is just sad.
5:20 the expression of one who knew bliss awaited her when she passed.
