There is a right place and a wrong place to do and say things. This was a complete disgrace, regardless of what may had occurred prior in her son's life, when he was alive. Has the mother ever thought that she is part of the reason why her son is laying in a casket, instead of putting the blame on someone else? It really doesn't matter now because he's gone, and all of that chaos, and profane disruptions of the service is not going to bring him back. Instead of grieving the loss of her loved one, she's there raising hell, disrespecting her own son's funeral and making herself look bad. If that service was held inside of a church, not only she was disrespecting herself, but she was also disrespecting the house of God. Her concerns should have been whether if her son was saved and made it to heaven, instead of her raising hell at his funeral.

I thank GOD that she had her say, and tell them to their faces. This mother is in PAIN. She had to do what she did so her son could eat and be taken care of. She said his mom told him not to help her. My church friend did the same thing to survive, because her baby father's drugs was more important than food, pampers, milk, etc. I helped buy things to keep her from having to beg him for help. Too many "coddling mammies" upholding these no good sons in their calamities. (Now they want to "silence" her at the funeral, and cover up the truth)

As a funeral Director, you just would be absolutely amazed at all of the funerals that turn into this! Families are under one roof jammed together for the first time in years! Issues come out and just like what you saw happen here open wounds, fester! i’ve had it so bad that I have had to drape myself over the closed casket to keep people from mistreating the deceased! I’ve had to call the police to separate families. I have had to call the police because one family will accuse the other family of contributing to the death of the deceased but the more liquor that is consumed in the parking lot the more help that’s going to be broken loose in the sanctuary oh, at the cemetery? People grabbing flowers and throwing them around at each other! Take a $500 massive floral arrangement and go up beside somebody’s head with it! You’ve never seen so many flower petals! It’s our job not to get involved with the family first of all, we do what the person who pays the bills says! I don’t care how close you are by relation or friendship to the deceased, if you didn’t pay, you will not get your way! There is such a thing called psychogenic shock. It’s when something suddenly happens to you and your body cannot handle it most people faint. three people died! They were all mothers, and when they came to the funeral home for the first viewing when they walked up to the open casket, and saw their child, regardless of how old they were from a toddler to a 60 year-old, when mothers see their children in caskets, wearing a tuxedo or a gown, they fall out.

I don't have children and sad to say some people laugh and think it's a curse but I think it's sad that so many who laugh don't realize God can take theirs away. Single momma of five. And what I've learned is that no one owes any one any thing. This was uncalled for, IMO. If you raised your kid on your own, then so be it. No one owes her anything with the exception of the kids dad.

This is horrible...I can't believe so many people on here thinks this kind of behaviour is acceptable because she lost her son it seems to me she needed to handle her own personal grievances as well. There's 10's of thousands of people that loses a child all around the country. I'm sure many of these grieving parents had bad thoughts about other family members or other people? Yet they kept it outside the church. Just looking at the dress she chose to ware during her child's homecoming shows in her mind today would her day. So if you're ok with the way she confronted a defenceless disabled person and cursed with no limitations in disregard that she was in a church, in ways I never seen before. People who go to church regularly understand how bad the was . And tell me why would this crowd and pastor needed to learn about her days of prostitution in the church? Forever when people speak about her son, they will remember the performance at the funeral. And she made sure this day would not be forgotten, It's evident because she directed it be filmed. A funeral is meant to be a celebration of the deceased where you praise and honer the deceased. Anything besides that you're taking away the respect given to him on his last day of being above ground, Maybe I'm old school but she could've done this at the family hour or wake....but those places did not have a big enough audience for her. Selfish is what came to mind for me as well. I am sorry to say that I have known a few women like this all too well and I know their modus operandi. She is not grieving, she is putting on a performance so that she can be the center of attention... in that WHITE dress that is 2 sizes too small. To disrespect everyone in sight (including the deceased) the way she did... I don't want to imagine what her son must have seen growing up. I highly doubt that her son was in the forefront of her thoughts when she was doing the illegal things she confessed to. It seems more likely that this was the excuse she used to soothe her own conscience and not take responsibility for her actions. The minister did well.
I say don't make a decision based on a one-sided story. I've heard this story a million times. I'm not saying in this case it's not true. However, in this case, at this time, this should be about him. Celebrate him, talk about how great he was, how much he'll be missed, and what great things he did. As a former 2 year old, I can relate to the mother🙏. It's really unfair how no one was there for both her and her son, especially when she has always been there for everyone and always shows up for them. She could've communicated and requested attendance by invitation only, but no, she planned to throw a tantrum, call them out and embarrass them, whereas truthfully, she embarrassed herself. Had I been in attendance, I would have grabbed my bag and left. Grief is not an excuse to be careless and reckless in our words. She better keep this stance up. I almost did this at my mother's funeral the amount of disrespect she went through in life and those same people spoke at her funeral as if they were best friends with my mom made me sick to my stomach they judged my mother harmed my mother and didn't even apologize to her for nothing they did it and my mommy was such a forgiving woman. They even disrespected me and my siblings just because of how they felt about my mom. Most of the people that showed up stole from her and didn't visit her when she living her last days I promised my mother I would behave and stay silent and honor her and make sure to send her off beautifully without drama and I did it without reacting. Those people, those so called family members were pissed and abgry at the amount of grace and class I displayed. I talk to none of those people today and ignore them all. Its been 6 months and I miss her dearly. I know this woman's pain all too well God give her love, strength, and mercy forever you know whats she's been through ahd why she's hurting show her grace in the mighty name of Jesus.

I can truly understand this mother's pain. Since my daughter's passing this past November, I yet have to see or hear from all of the young ladies and gentlemen that hung around her when she took them into my home to shield them from the streets...sometimes hiding them (not knowing that her voice carried, and I overheard her sneaking them in) in her room to allow them to stay the night. A few of the young ladies stayed the entire Summer (some, several Summers) at my house. They hung out with her doing only God knows what. NONE of them was at her service. It hurt to see her go, it hurt even worse to have all of them just throw her away when she turned her life around for the better and STOPPED doing for them.
I agree with you. What goes on behind closed doors or closed minds should stay there. All that will be remembered year after year is this chaos instead of quiet reflection of the deceased. I'm so sorry for her loss. She is in mourning and on top of that is very angry because she had no help from her alleged family and friends when he was alive and struggling. She's particularly outraged at her son's father and his mother. For always having an opinion on how she should raise and support her son, she had at 16 years old when she got pregnant. And furious for not helping them out financially all those years. She mentioned the things she had to do to make ends meet. IE: Selling drugs and her body. And for them to then have the unmitigated gall to show up at his home going. Im so glad she got all of that pain off her chest and mind.
If they did not show up, then she would have been upset. Giving her a pass to act like that is the problem blacks are having. Many women have had children at an early age, but she can not blame others for not helping, others did not make a child with her.

It's been said there's no greater pain than when a parent buries their child. So I guess I can understand her grief. She loved her son. As a funeral Director, you just would be absolutely amazed at all of the funerals that turn into this! Families are under one roof jammed together for the first time in years! Issues come out and just like what you saw happen here open wounds, fester! i’ve had it so bad that I have had to drape myself over the closed casket to keep people from mistreating the deceased! I’ve had to call the police to separate families. I have had to call the police because one family will accuse the other family of contributing to the death of the deceased but the more liquor that is consumed in the parking lot the more help that’s going to be broken loose in the sanctuary oh, at the cemetery? People grabbing flowers and throwing them around at each other! Take a $500 massive floral arrangement and go up beside somebody’s head with it! You’ve never seen so many flower petals! It’s our job not to get involved with the family first of all, we do what the person who pays the bills says! I don’t care how close you are by relation or friendship to the deceased, if you didn’t pay, you will not get your way! There is such a thing called psychogenic shock. It’s when something suddenly happens to you and your body cannot handle it most people faint. three people died! They were all mothers, and when they came to the funeral home for the first viewing when they walked up to the open casket, and saw their child, regardless of how old they were from a toddler to a 60 year-old, when mothers see their children in caskets, wearing a tuxedo or a gown, they fall out.

This is horrible...I can't believe so many people on here thinks this kind of behaviour is acceptable because she lost her son it seems to me she needed to handle her own personal grievances as well. There's 10's of thousands of people that loses a child all around the country.
I'm sure many of these grieving parents had bad thoughts about other family members or other people? Yet they kept it outside the church. Just looking at the dress she chose to ware during her child's homecoming shows in her mind today would her day.
So if you're ok with the way she confronted a defenceless disabled person and cursed with no limitations in disregard that she was in a church, in ways I never seen before. People who go to church regularly understand how bad the was . And tell me why would this crowd and pastor needed to learn about her days of prostitution in the church?
Forever when people speak about her son, they will remember the performance at the funeral. And she made sure this day would not be forgotten, It's evident because she directed it be filmed.
A funeral is meant to be a celebration of the deceased where you praise and honer the deceased. Anything besides that you're taking away the respect given to him on his last day of being above ground, Maybe I'm old school but she could've done this at the family hour or wake....but those places did not have a big enough audience for her.
I think she put the pastor in a bad situation, he couldn't removed her from her son's funeral, he couldn't do nothing but ignore her whole selfish performance. Wheres your tears mom....RIP brother.
Selfish is what came to mind for me as well. I am sorry to say that I have known a few women like this all too well and I know their modus operandi. She is not grieving, she is putting on a performance so that she can be the center of attention... in that WHITE dress that is 2 sizes too small. To disrespect everyone in sight (including the deceased) the way she did... I don't want to imagine what her son must have seen growing up. I highly doubt that her son was in the forefront of her thoughts when she was doing the illegal things she confessed to. It seems more likely that this was the excuse she used to soothe her own conscience and not take responsibility for her actions. The minister did well.

I say don't make a decision based on a one-sided story. I've heard this story a million times. I'm not saying in this case it's not true. However, in this case, at this time, this should be about him. Celebrate him, talk about how great he was, how much he'll be missed, and what great things he did. This is why we do not allow funerals for folks who didn't go to church and had drama in their life. The family brings that mess right into the church and become disrespectful.
As a former 2 year old, I can relate to the mother🙏. It's really unfair how no one was there for both her and her son, especially when she has always been there for everyone and always shows up for them. She could've communicated and requested attendance by invitation only, but no, she planned to throw a tantrum, call them out and embarrass them, whereas truthfully, she embarrassed herself.
Had I been in attendance, I would have grabbed my bag and left. Grief is not an excuse to be careless and reckless in our words. She better keep this stance up.

I almost did this at my mother's funeral the amount of disrespect she went through in life and those same people spoke at her funeral as if they were best friends with my mom made me sick to my stomach they judged my mother harmed my mother and didn't even apologize to her for nothing they did it and my mommy was such a forgiving woman. They even disrespected me and my siblings just because of how they felt about my mom. Most of the people that showed up stole from her and didn't visit her when she living her last days I promised my mother I would behave and stay silent and honor her and make sure to send her off beautifully without drama and I did it without reacting. Those people, those so called family members were pissed and abgry at the amount of grace and class I displayed. I talk to none of those people today and ignore them all. Its been 6 months and I miss her dearly. I know this woman's pain all too well God give her love, strength, and mercy forever you know whats she's been through ahd why she's hurting show her grace in the mighty name of Jesus.

I can truly understand this mother's pain. Since my daughter's passing this past November, I yet have to see or hear from all of the young ladies and gentlemen that hung around her when she took them into my home to shield them from the streets...sometimes hiding them (not knowing that her voice carried, and I overheard her sneaking them in) in her room to allow them to stay the night. A few of the young ladies stayed the entire Summer (some, several Summers) at my house. They hung out with her doing only God knows what. NONE of them was at her service. It hurt to see her go, it hurt even worse to have all of them just throw her away when she turned her life around for the better and STOPPED doing for them.

I'm so sorry for her loss. She is in mourning and on top of that is very angry because she had no help from her alleged family and friends when he was alive and struggling. She's particularly outraged at her son's father and his mother. For always having an opinion on how she should raise and support her son, she had at 16 years old when she got pregnant. And furious for not helping them out financially all those years. She mentioned the things she had to do to make ends meet. IE: Selling drugs and her body. And for them to then have the unmitigated gall to show up at his home going. Im so glad she got all of that pain off her chest and mind.

It's been said there's no greater pain than when a parent buries their child. So I guess I can understand her grief. She loved her son.
