How indebt are you? 😮 Four properties in such a short period of time? This type of behaviour is the reason our Canadian housing market has become unaffordable. A lot of risk to take in a high rate environment and even with the tiny cut.. we will never see less than 2% that was a pandemic anomaly.. shocked your at ease with this kind of borrowing and decisions … if a recession happens as they do.. this is not prudent.

Nice condo, nowadays money has no value!! I personally prefer to buy old condos as one gets more square footage and kitchen has more storage. We just purchased a 1400 square feet condo for $600, 2 washrooms and it has 3 bdrms.

In terms of selling this condo again is there a good market for it in Canada, as its not the same in Australia.
These days there is no point in buying pre-con when we can find distressed or deposit walk away assignment deals. Similar unit in this project is available for assignment sale in the purchase price range!!

This was purchased 3 years ago. Its always good to buy pre construction when market is down as it takes 3 years to build and by that time market gets better slightly
